Eye Healthy Foods – Highlights of the Mediterranean Diet

Saturated fats are still as unhealthy as ever, but certain unsaturated fats are quite the opposite

The Mediterranean Diet is back in the news as of late. A CNN article from earlier this week highlighted a recent paper published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
